Wesley W. Lang Jr. joined the York Street Capital Partners Advisory Board in August 2008.  Mr. Lang is currently the founder and managing partner of WML Partners, LLC, www.wmlpartners.com where he focuses on investing in smaller middle market companies.  Mr. Lang is also involved in making private equity investments in Vietnam and Cambodia through Indochina Development Partners LP.  In addition to serving on the boards of direct investments, Mr. Lang currently serves on the Board of Directors of Aurora Diagnostics LLC.  Previously, Mr. Lang held positions with GSO Capital Partners, Valence Capital Management, Weiss, Peck & Greer (“WPG”) and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.  Mr. Lang received a B.S. from Bucknell University.

Mark G. Solow joined the York Street Capital Partners Advisory Board in August 2008.  Mr. Solow is currently a senior adviser to Crystal Ridge Partners, a firm which manages funds for equity investments in middle market companies, and a director of the Central Jersey Bancorp, a banking entity he helped to establish in 1998.  Previously, Mr. Solow was a co-founder of GarMark Advisors, a firm which manages funds for mezzanine and structured equity investments.  Additionally, Mr. Solow was a Senior Executive Vice President at the Chemical Banking Corporation (a predecessor to JPMorgan Chase), a member of the bank’s twelve person Management Committee and responsible for Chemical Venture Partners (subsequently JPMorgan Partners).  Mr. Solow received a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Bowling Green University.
